You know Tide as a laundry detergent but did you know that Tide has more than 140 dry cleaning franchises across the country?
Currently, there aren’t any Tide Dry Cleaners locations in the entire state of Pennsylvania.
But that’s about to change.
Tide officials have confirmed that they are working with a franchisee to develop the first Tide location in the Harrisburg area.
According to real estate company, J.C. Bar’s website, a Tide Dry Cleaners will be a tenant at the future Blue Ridge Village in Lower Paxton Township that is currently under construction. J.C. Bar is the real estate company marketing the space for Blue Ridge Village.
Tide locations have 24-hour drop-off and pickup, car side valet and same day dry cleaning, according to its website.
Tide Dry Cleaners is listed among the tenants at Blue Ridge Village in two 7,500-square-foot retail buildings at the development. The retail part of the property will be located in the front of the property on Linglestown Road. Orrstown Bank and CVS will also build facilities at the front of the property.
The former 132-acre Blue Ridge Country Club is being transformed into Blue Ridge Village by Lower Paxton Township-based Triple Crown Corporation. In addition to Tide Dry Cleaners, Jersey Mike’s Subs, Great Clips, CVS, Starbucks, Panera Bread, Orrstown Bank and other commercial tenants, the senior friendly community will consist of 108 single-family homes, 128 townhomes with a community clubhouse, 160 apartments, an assisted living facility, and a 32-acre park.
